Overview
DW-40 low-temperature test Chamber consists of brand Compressor, condenser, Filter, capillary tubing, evaporator, Thermostatic bath and digital temperature control system of digital display instrument. The equipment has fast cooling speed, low noise and reliable use, and is suitable for sample testing and storage in low temperature environment.
Features
1. Select the upper flip design, built-in sliding Glass, easy to observe and take samples.
2. Thickened insulation layer is used to maintain good low temperature.
3. Thermostatic bath is made of alloy plate with strong corrosion resistance, made of good external steel plate, filled with polyurethane thermal insulation material in the middle, and the structure is strong and durable.
Principle
The low-temperature test Chamber drives the refrigeration cycle through the Compressor, and the refrigerant is absorbed and discharged by the condenser, Filter, capillary tubing and evaporator. With the Thermostatic bath and the digital temperature control system of the digital display instrument, accurate temperature control can be achieved to achieve the preset low temperature environment.
Applications
Sample low temperature testing, material low temperature storage, scientific research experiment
Steps
1. When placing the sample, ensure that there is a gap between the sample and the sample, the sample and the freezer liner to ensure uniform cold air flow and cooling.
2. For samples with high Humidity or prone to moisture loss, please wrap them in food bags or plastic wrap with good sealing properties to prevent moisture volatilization and frosting from affecting refrigeration.
3. It is strictly forbidden to store volatile and combustion gases and liquids in the freezer, such as strong alkali, strong acid, gasoline, alcohol and other items.
4. The sample should not be placed too much at one time to avoid the Compressor not stopping for a long time and the temperature in the box falling slowly, which cannot meet the requirements.
5. After the work is completed, cut off the power supply, take out the frozen sample, open the freezer door to let it heat up and defrost naturally, release the melted water and wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
Notice
• When placing the sample, it is necessary to ensure a gap to facilitate air-conditioning circulation.
• Humidity or water loss specimens should be sealed Encasement to prevent frosting.
• It is strictly forbidden to store flammable, explosive and corrosion items.
• The amount of sample placed at a single time should not be too much.
• Power off, sampling, defrosting and cleaning after work.
