Overview
RONGJIDA ZSY-1 waterproofing membrane Low-temperature flex instrument is a special equipment for testing asphalt waterproofing membrane Low-temperature flex. Its design meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T 328.14-2007 "Test methods for building waterproofing membrane Part 14. Asphalt waterproofing membrane Low-temperature flex".
Features
1. Comply with the national standard GB/T 328.14-2007.
2. Equipped with an automatic control program, it can achieve automatic cooling, timing, and alarm.
The test rate is stable at 360 +/- 40m/min.
4. Provide a variety of curved crankshafts (φ 20, φ 30, φ 50) to meet different testing requirements.
5. Wide time setting range, adjustable within 0-9999 minutes.
6. Five specimens of standard size (150 x 25mm) can be tested at a time.
Principle
The instrument chills down the cryogenic liquid to a set temperature (such as -18 ° C) through a cryogenic refrigerator, and immerses the specimen in it for thermostatic freezing treatment. After reaching the preset time, in a low temperature environment, the specimen is bent with a flexibility rod and a flexibility bending plate to detect the flexibility or bending performance of the waterproof membrane under low temperature conditions.
Applications
Building waterproofing membrane testing, asphalt Water proofer performance testing
Standards
GB/T328.14-2007
Steps
When the cryogenic cooler indicates that the temperature of the freezer reaches -18 ° C, prepare for the test.
2. Wear gloves to open the upper cover, use a clip to put the 6 samples into the -18 ° C freezer between the compliance rod and the curved plate, and cover the cover.
3. Set the timer to 30 minutes, turn on the timer switch, the instrument automatically cools down to -18 ° C and starts timing, and automatically alarms after 30 minutes.
4. After the alarm, turn off the timer switch to stop the alarm, put on wire gloves and glasses, and open the upper cover.
5. Withdraw the handle pin of the compliance rod and align it with the pin hole of the compliance rod lift rod.
6. Remove the sample with a clip, cover the cryogenic cooler, and prepare for the next test.
Notice
Before operation, confirm that the temperature of the freezer has reached the set value (e.g. -18 ° C).
When inserting or removing samples, gloves (including thread gloves) must be worn for protection.
* When opening the upper cover of the cryogenic cooler, it is recommended to wear Glasses to prevent the freezer from splashing out.
After the test, the timer switch should be moved to the "off" position in time to stop the alarm.
* Use clips to operate the specimen to avoid direct hand contact with cryogenic liquids and specimens.
* The power supply of the instrument is 220V, and the input Power is 90W. It is necessary to ensure the safety of power supply.
* Before preparing for the next test, please cover the cryogenic cooler.
