Overview
BOZHEN MJX-150 mildew incubator is a new fluorine-free design experimental equipment, using brand Compressor and circulating fan, equipped with a large LCD screen, easy to operate, with high efficiency and low energy consumption. The equipment is not only energy-saving and environmentally friendly, but also has a long service life and extremely low operating noise. Compared with traditional refrigeration equipment, the cooling time is reduced by more than 40%.
Features
1. Using high-quality mirror stainless steel liner, the box is sprayed with high-quality steel plate, four corners and a half arc design, easy to clean, and the Shelf spacing in the box is adjustable.
2. Intelligent digital thermostatic instrument, the interface is simple and easy to understand, easy to observe and operate.
3. Equipped with an international advanced fuzzy PID intelligent temperature controller, with small temperature fluctuations and support for timing functions (0-9999 minutes).
4. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, overheating is automatically interrupted to ensure experimental safety (optional).
5. Provide 4~ 20mA standard current signal and RS485 interface, which can be connected to a recorder and computer to record temperature parameter changes (optional).
6. Built-in ultraviolet sterilization system, regular disinfection, effectively prevent contamination during cell fostering.
Principle
The mildew incubator achieves precise temperature control with branded Compressors and circulating fans, and uses a fuzzy PID intelligent temperature controller to adjust the temperature in the box to ensure stability within the set range. The UV sterilization system works regularly to eliminate potential contaminants and ensure the safety of the foster environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 200V 50Hz.
2. Turn on the power of the device and set the required temperature through the LCD screen (Temperature range 4~ 60 ℃).
3. Adjust the Shelf spacing in the box as needed.
4. Start the temperature controller and set the timing function (1 to 9999 minutes).
5. Place the sample, close the box door and start the fostering process.
6. Regularly check the UV sterilization system to ensure that the disinfection function is normal.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 4-35 ℃.
• Power supply voltage check before use 200V 50Hz requirements.
• Avoid over-temperature operation and pay attention to the status of the independent temperature limit alarm system.
• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the box to maintain hygiene.
• When the UV sterilization system is running, avoid direct exposure to prevent injury.
• Optional functions such as temperature limit alarm and interface connection should be operated according to the instructions.
