Overview
HEIGHT-LED HTBX-I (395nm) Small UVLED Curing Oven is a high-performance UVLED surface Illuminant curing system, including oven, UVLED irradiation head and connecting cable. Imported high-intensity UV LED integration, support 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm optional wavelengths, forced Air-Cooled heat dissipation, curing area 230X220mm, external signal input and trigger, compatible with semi-automatic or fully automatic production lines.
Features
1. Imported high-intensity UV LED integration, wavelength optional (365nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm)
2. Force Air-Cooled cooling design to ensure stable operation
3. The curing area is 230X220mm, and the coverage is wide
4. Supports external signal input and triggering, making it easy to integrate automated production lines
5. Compact Dimension 450 * 340 * 310mm, suitable for small application scenarios
Principle
The UVLED Curing Oven irradiates the hair with UV light of a specific wavelength (such as 395nm) through UVLED. The optical Power density is adjustable in the range of 400-2400mw/cm ^ 2, and the UV-sensitive material is rapidly cured by using the light curing principle. Force the Air-Cooled system to effectively dissipate heat to ensure the stable operation of the equipment for a long time, and external signal triggering realizes automatic control.
Applications
Electronic manufacturing, printing industry, medical equipment, automotive parts, Optical inspection devices
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and external signal cable
2. Turn on the power switch of the device
3. Set the required UV Power density parameters
4. Place the item to be cured in the curing area
5. Trigger an external signal to initiate UV irradiation
6. Turn off the power after curing
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded before use to prevent the risk of electric shock
• Avoid Looking at UV Illuminants, Wear Protective Glasses
• Regularly clean the UVLED head to maintain light output efficiency
• Do not block the heat dissipation trend during operation to prevent overheating damage
• Only used for specified curing materials, non-professionals should not modify it without authorization
