Overview
The Form 5DX-GW is a LENETA-branded brush card designed for informal brushing applications. Its paper is thicker than normal drawings, providing greater rigidity for easy handling, and is also widely suitable for scratch painting and Colorimetric measurement. The card is designed in gray and white on both sides, with a white top and a gray bottom, and measures 3-7/8 x 6 inches (98 x 152 mm) overall.

Principle
Spreader effect, hiding power, Color contrast ratio and other performance of coatings, seals and other materials can be visually evaluated by brushing or scraping on the surface of the brush card as a test substrate. Its gray and white double-sided design helps to observe the performance of coatings in different backgrounds.

Steps
1. Prepare the paint or sealed sample to be tested.
2. According to the test requirements, choose the white or gray surface of the brush card as the test substrate.
3. Use a brush or Drawdown blade to perform an even brushing or scraping operation on the card surface.
4. After the coating drying, observe and evaluate its hiding power, Color, Glossiness and other performance.
