Overview
LENETA Form CP-1 White Cardboard is a thin sealing paper designed to be placed below the bottom edge of a chart or panel to capture excess paints when scraping is completed. Its sealing surface facilitates subsequent cleaning.

Principle
The product, by its physical construction, is placed under the bottom edge of the test substrate (e.g. a chart or panel) during the scraping test. When the scraping operation is completed, excess paints scraped from the substrate will flow or drip onto the sealing paper, thus being effectively captured, preventing contamination of the work area and facilitating centralized processing.

Steps
1. Prepare charts or panels for scratch testing.
2. Take a piece of LENETA Form CP-1 white cardboard.
3. Place the cardboard flat just below the bottom edge of the chart or panel.
4. Perform standard scraping operations on charts or panels.
5. After the scraping is completed, the excess paints will be caught by the cardboard.
6. Carefully remove cardboard with waste paint and dispose of it properly.
Notice
• Please use this product correctly according to the requirements of testing standards such as ASTM D 4400.
When placing the cardboard, ensure that it is flat and close to the bottom edge of the test substrate to achieve the best capture effect.
• When handling cardboard that has been contaminated with paints, please pay attention to safety and avoid touching the skin or causing secondary pollution.
• This product is a disposable consumable and should be disposed of in accordance with relevant waste management regulations after use.
