Overview
The M12-RG type lame plating card is a product of the LENETA brand. It is a 1 x 1 inch (25 x 25 mm) red and gray checkerboard lame plating card. It is mainly used for sealed testing.

Principle
The lame plating cartoon provides a high contrast ratio test substrate for transparent or translucent coatings such as lame plating sealed through its red and gray checkerboard pattern. After lame plating, the uniformity, Glossiness, hiding power and other performance of the coating can be clearly displayed on different Color backgrounds, which is convenient for visual evaluation and instrument measurement.

Steps
1. Prepare the sealed sample to be tested.
2. Take an M12-RG lame plating card to ensure that the surface is clean and free of contamination.
3. Use lame plating equipment to spray the sealed evenly on the checkerboard surface of the cardboard.
4. Carry out drying or curing according to product requirements.
5. Standard light source, observe the performance of coatings in red and gray areas, evaluate its uniformity, Gloss, flow and other performance.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the surface of the lame plating card is clean and drying without fingerprints or dust.
• Coating thickness needs to be controlled during lame plating to obtain accurate test results.
The evaluation should be conducted under standard lighting and observation conditions.
• Please select the appropriate drying or curing conditions according to the test requirements.
Store in a cool drying place to avoid moisture or bending.
