The LENETA Form P300-1K transparent hiding power card is a colorless and transparent thin film substrate mainly used for performance evaluation of coatings. Principle
The product acts as a transparent thin film substrate to provide a uniform adhesion surface for coatings. Appearance characteristics such as Color, Gloss and transparency of the coating can be observed directly through the coating when applied to it. If it is placed on a standard black and white contrast background, the coating's ability to cover the substrate can be objectively evaluated by comparing the difference between the coating coverage area and the background. When used as a cover layer, its transparent characteristics ensure that the sample is scratched under the protection without affecting the inspection of the sample.

Steps
1. Take a transparent hiding power card as the test substrate.
2. Spreader the paint to be tested evenly on the transparent card.
3. Observe and record the Color, Gloss and transparency of the coating in a transparent state.
4. Or place the coated transparent card on a standard Checkerboard background.
5. Through comparison, evaluate the degree of covering of the black and white background by the coating.
6. After the test is completed, another transparent card can also be used as a cover layer on the dried scraping sample for protection.
