Overview
CJQ-II Paint Film Impact Tester is a PUSHEN brand test instrument, mainly used to test the damage degree of paint film after impact. The instrument has the advantages of simple structure and easy operation. The impact height is 0-100cm, and the drop weight mass is 1000g. It is suitable for the determination of the impact performance of paint film.

Principle
The instrument falls at a certain height on the test plate coated with the sample to be tested by a fixed weight weight, and the impact force is expressed in kg.cm. The Impact device includes a base with a connecting catheter holder, the catheter body with a slot-die, and the middle by using a suitable shaft ring for the weight to guide the cylindrical weight to fall, with a marked height next to it to indicate the corresponding reading when the weight falls.

Steps
1. Coat the sample to be tested on the test plate
2. Place the test plate on the die base support
3. Adjust the weight to the required Impact Height
4. Release the heavy hammer to free fall Impact test plate
5. Observe and record the degree of damage to the paint film

• The punch size must be suitable for the die base to prevent the test plate from being subjected to shear force on the inner edge of the die base
