Overview
PUSHEN PM-380V plane grinding machine is a professional inspection instrument designed according to the national standard GB5211.19 "Determination of relative Tinctorial Strength and dilution color of chromadizing pigment", which is suitable for physical performance testing of pigment, paint and inks industries. The instrument adopts microcomputer control, LCD screen display, convenient parameter setting, error prompt function, compact structure of the whole machine, simple and reliable operation.

Principle
The plane grinding machine drives the grinding disc through the motor to set the Rotation speed (80cpm) swirl/spin, and applies the specific load pressure (27 Kg, 47 Kg, 69 Kg, 102 Kg) generated by different weights (0.9Kg, 1.75Kg, 2.92Kg) on the test sample to grind on the Glass disc. By setting and controlling the number of grinding times, the relative Tinctorial Strength and dilution color of samples such as pigments are simulated and measured.

Steps
1. Turn on the 380V AC 50Hz power supply and press the power button to turn it on.
2. Set the required number of jobs (0-999) by setting the key and adjusting the key.
3. Install the sample to be tested and the corresponding load weight.
4. Press the start button to start the ground test.
5. During operation, you can press the start key to pause and keep the count, or press the stop key to stop and clear the count.
6. After the test is completed, press the stop button to stop and record the results.
7. Use the clear key to clear the accumulated number of jobs.
Notice
• When the start indicator light is on, it indicates that the machine is working, and parameter settings cannot be performed at this time.
• When the setting indicator light is on, it indicates that the machine is in the setting state and cannot be turned on and run at this time.
• Use the Stop Count button to let the device run when counting is not required.
Before operation, make sure that the power supply is 380V AC 50Hz and check that the components are firmly installed.
• When setting parameters, if the input is wrong, the controller will display a prompt message, please follow the prompts to correct.
• If there is overcurrent or phase failure during the operation of the equipment, the controller will display a prompt message, please check it in time.
