Overview
PUSHEN PM-220V plane grinding machine is a professional physical performance inspection instrument designed according to the national standard GB5211.19, mainly used in pigment, paint and inks industries. The instrument adopts microcomputer control, LCD screen display, convenient parameter setting, error prompt function, the whole machine has a compact structure and easy operation.
Features
1. Meet the national standard GB5211.19 "Chromadizing pigment relative Tinctorial Strength and dilution color determination visual comparison method" requirements.
2. Adopt microcomputer control, LCD display, convenient parameter setting.
3. With error prompt function, the controller will display prompt information when the input parameters are wrong or overcurrent or phase failure occurs.
4. The whole machine has compact structure and simple Appearance.
5. The number of revolutions and load changes are convenient, and the Glass plate is easy to assemble and disassemble.
6. Reliable control and simple operation.
Principle
The plane grinding machine drives the grinding disc at a specific Rotation speed (80cpm) swirl/spin by motor, and can obtain different load pressures (27 Kg, 47 Kg, 69 Kg, 102 Kg) by applying different weight load weights (0.9Kg, 1.75Kg, 2.92Kg), so that the samples placed on the Glass disc are ground and performance tested.
Applications
Pigment industry, paint industry, inks industry
Standards
GB/T 5211、ISO 787/16,8780-5、ASTM D 322-B,D 387
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V AC 50Hz).
2. Set the required parameters (such as the number of jobs) through the controller LCD screen.
3. Install the appropriate load weight as needed to adjust the pressure.
4. Place the sample on the Glass plate and install it.
5. Start the instrument and the grinding disc starts swirling/spinning for ground testing.
6. Observe and record the test results, and turn off the power after the test is completed.
Notice
Make sure the power supply is 220V AC 50Hz and is properly grounded.
• Please read the manual carefully before operation and ensure that the parameters are set correctly to avoid incorrect input.
• Be careful when installing and removing Glass discs and weights to avoid damage to the instrument or personal injury.
• Do not touch the swirl/spin parts while the instrument is running.
• Pay attention to the controller prompt information. If there is an abnormal situation of overcurrent, disconnection, etc., please deal with it in time.
• When the instrument is not in use, please disconnect the power supply.
Do not exceed the rated load and operating range of the instrument.
• Keep the instrument clean and maintain it regularly.
