Overview
JSF-550 Mixing and Scrubbing Disperser is a laboratory equipment that integrates stirring, grinding and dispersing functions. It adopts three-phase asynchronous motor and frequency conversion stepless speed regulation technology. Rotation speed can be directly read through the frequency converter display screen, and is equipped with a jacketed stainless steel cylinder that can be chilled down with water. It is suitable for high-speed dispersion, stirring and grinding experiments of liquid materials.

Principle
The device is powered by a three-phase asynchronous motor, and the stepless speed regulation is realized through a frequency converter to drive the rotating shaft and the sand grinding blades or Disperser Impeller high-speed swirl/spin connected to it. During the swirl/spin process, the blades shear, Impact and rub the liquid material in the cylinder to achieve dispersion, stirring or grinding of the material. The jacket cylinder can be chilled down to control the temperature of the material.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, select the appropriate impeller (Disperser Impeller or matte disc) and install it on the rotating shaft.
2. Put the material to be processed into the Mixing Tank.
3. Adjust the height of the shaft through the manual lifting mechanism to allow the impeller to immerse the material at a suitable depth.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the frequency converter.
5. Start the equipment and start the mixing, dispersing or sanding operation.
6. During the experiment, chilled down water can be added to the cylinder jacket as needed.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the equipment.

• Power supply voltage is 220V AC 50HZ.
• Processing capacity is 2L, please do not overuse.
• Travel is 280mm, please pay attention to Travel restrictions when operating.
• Equipment shipment weight is 40KG, please pay attention to safety when moving.
• Please refer to the Rotation speed reference value to select the appropriate impeller diameter and Rotation speed according to the material characteristics and experimental purposes.
• Clean the equipment immediately after use, especially the impeller and Mixing Tank.
