Overview
JSF-450 agitated sand mill disperser is a new type of laboratory equipment that integrates stirring, sand grinding and dispersing functions. It adopts microcomputer control and digital display Rotation speed, which is suitable for high-speed dispersion, stirring and grinding of liquid materials in the laboratory. The equipment adopts carbon brush motor, manual lifting, compact structure, and can provide accurate process data for large-scale production.

Principle
This equipment uses a series rectifier motor as the power source, and carries out stepless speed regulation through an electronic constant force speed regulation system. The speed regulation information is processed by a microcomputer and the rotating shaft Rotation speed is displayed in digital form. The sand grinding blades or dispersed stirring blades are directly connected to the motor shaft through threads, and the high-speed swirl/spin is used to stir, disperse or grind the liquid material in the cylinder. The jacket cylinder can be chilled down to control the temperature of the material.
Applications
High-speed dispersion, stirring and grinding of laboratory liquid materials
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, choose a suitable sand grinding blade disc or dispersed stirring blade and install it on the rotating shaft through threads.
2. Put the material to be processed into the stainless steel cylinder.
3. Connect the device power supply (220V AC 50Hz).
4. Set the required Rotation speed level (0-99 level) through the speed box, and the left display screen will display the Rotation speed of the shaft in real time.
5. Adjust the working position of the blade disc or blade in the material through the manual lifting mechanism.
6. If you need to control the temperature, you can put chilled down water into the cylinder jacket.
7. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• The power supply of the equipment is 220V AC, please ensure that the grounding is good and pay attention to power safety.
• Processing capacity should not exceed 2 litres; do not overload.
• During lifting and running, please be careful to avoid contact with swirling/spinning parts on your body or clothing.
• After use, the blades and cylinders should be cleaned in time to keep the equipment clean and tidy.
• Do not perform operations such as loading and unloading blades while the equipment is running.
• If you need to run for a long time, pay attention to observe the motor temperature, and use the jacket to chill down if necessary.
Do not disassemble or modify electrical and mechanical components without authorization.
