Overview
YDX digital display reflective 85 Thermometric Paper is a digital display reflective temperature measurement product, the size is 2.5 × 2.5 cm/piece, each piece corresponds to a single temperature of 85 ° C, equipped with anti-fouling protective film, with anti-fouling and waterproof characteristics. There is a digital display window in the center. After overheating, the white window turns into white characters on a black background. The Cube border is red (or yellow and green), and it has both eye-catching indication and power bus three-phase sequence identification functions. The border adopts professional regression directional reflection technology, which is convenient for low-light remote inspection and fault point finding. The reflective effect is similar to highway signs. When the flashlight is irradiated at night, the strong reflection helps to quickly locate the temperature measurement point.
Features
1. Digital display reflective design, after overheating, the display window becomes white on a black background;
2. Color of the frame is eye-catching, which can be used as a three-phase sequence indicator of the power bus;
3. The frame adopts regression directional reflection technology, which is convenient for low-light long-distance inspection;
4. Equipped with anti-fouling protective film, stain-resistant and waterproof;
5. Strong reflective characteristics at night to help quickly locate the temperature measurement point;
6. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
Principle
Thermometric Paper works based on the principle of irreversible discoloration. When the Ambient Temperature reaches a preset 85 ° C, the center digital display window changes from white to white on a black background, and the border Color remains red (or yellow and green) as a visual indicator. Regressive directional reflection technology of the border enhances visibility in low light.
Applications
Power bus three-phase sequence indication, low light remote inspection, fault point finding, indoor and outdoor temperature monitoring
Steps
1. Select Thermometric Paper with Appropriate Temperature of 85 ℃;
2. Paste it on the surface to be monitored.
3. Observe the change of the display window, and turn into white characters on a black background when overheating;
4. Use a flashlight to illuminate the frame in low light or at night to enhance visibility.
Notice
• Each Thermometric Paper is a single temperature of 85 ° C, irreversible discoloration;
• Ensure that the adhesive surface is clean and drying;
• Avoid use in strong corrosion environments;
• Pay attention to the reflective characteristics of the frame during inspection to accurately locate;
• Encasement during storage to prevent contamination.
