Overview
PUSHEN PS 2930/5 diagonal twill paper is a test piece in the ZGL hiding power measurement cardboard series, made of high quality non-fluorescent paper, does not contain Fluorescent Whitening Agent, suitable for the coating industry. The model is a small twill pattern, Laminating treatment, size 145 × 262mm, 100 sheets per pack.
Features
1. Black part reflectance < 1%, white part reflectance 80 +/- 2%; 2. Laminating smooth surface, strong anti-Curl ability when stoving; 3. The exact area of the spreading rate test piece is 0.1 square meters, suitable for specific spreading rate brushing; 4. Does not contain Fluorescent Whitening Agent, does not affect Color test.
Principle
The cardboard provides a contrast substrate by a black and white twill pattern, Spreader coating after observation of the masking effect, black low reflectance and white high reflectance region in sharp contrast, easy to evaluate the masking performance of the coating.

Steps
1. Prepare PS 2930/5 test cardboard; 2. Spreader the paint to be tested evenly on the cardboard; 3. Observe the covering effect of the paint on the twill pattern; 4. Evaluate the coating performance according to the covering situation.
Notice
• Laminating the surface of the cardboard is smooth and resistant to Curling when stoving; • Ensure that the Spreader is uniform for accurate test results; • Avoid moisture and deformation when storing; • Check the integrity of the cardboard before use.
