Overview
The WJ-1.5 mixing and dispersing machine is a laboratory equipment under the PUSHEN brand, which is mainly used for low-speed dispersion and mixing of liquid materials. This model uses a frequency conversion motor, which runs quietly, has low noise, and has a manual lifting function.
Features
1. Adopt a variable frequency motor for quiet operation and low noise.
2. With manual lifting function, the lifting Travel is 360mm.
3. Wide speed range, stepless speed regulation between 0 and 3000 rpm.
4. Processing capacity range 0-20L for laboratory environment.
Principle
The device drives the spindle swirl/spin through the motor, and the spindle is equipped with a dispersion impeller (matte disc) with a diameter of 150mm. Rotation speed of the motor is controlled by the frequency converter, so that the swirl/spin speed of the impeller is precisely adjusted to achieve stirring and dispersing of liquid materials in the container. Users can manually adjust the lifting height of the impeller to adapt to containers of different depths and specifications.
Applications
Low Speed Dispersion and Stirring of Laboratory Liquid Materials
Standards
GB/T 21868.3、ISO 8780-3
Steps
Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V AC 50Hz power supply.
2. According to the height of the container of the material to be processed, manually adjust the spindle to the appropriate position.
3. Place the container containing the material under the dispersed impeller to ensure that the impeller is immersed in the appropriate depth of the liquid surface.
4. Start the equipment and slowly adjust the Rotation speed from low speed to the required working Rotation speed (within the range of 0-3000rpm) through the speed control device.
5. Rotation speed at a specified time of stirring or dispersing operation.
6. After the job is completed, first adjust the Rotation speed to the lowest level, and then turn off the power of the equipment.
7. Manually raise the impeller, clean the equipment and impeller.
Notice
• Power supply voltage (220V AC 50Hz) matches the local power supply before use.
Equipment should be placed on a stable and firm workbench to prevent shaking during operation.
• Lifting and speed regulation should be smooth and slow to avoid Impact.
• The depth of the impeller's immersion in the liquid should be appropriate to prevent splashing or excessive air intake.
Do not operate beyond the maximum processing capacity (20L) of the equipment.
• During operation, do not put your hands or Miscellaneous objects near swirling/spinning parts.
Before cleaning and maintaining the equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• Please follow the relevant laboratory safety operating procedures.
