Overview
The LIULING CH-10-AT Benchtop Rubber Thickness Gauge is an instrument specially designed for the thickness measurement of rubber and plastic products. It refers to the implementation of HG/T 2041-2009 "Technical Conditions for Rubber Thickness Gauge", HG/T 2198-2011 "General Requirements for Physical Test Methods for Vulcanized Rubber" and HG/T 2382-1992 "General Technical Conditions for Rubber Testing Instruments and Equipment" and other industry standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The instrument has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use and reliable mass, and is suitable for physical laboratory sample determination.
Features
1. Simple structure, easy to use and reliable mass
2. Measurement range 0~ 10mm, accuracy ≤ 0.02mm
3. Dial reading display, Graduation 0.01mm
4. Graphic design with a probe diameter of 6mm
5. Available in hand and Benchtop specifications
Principle
By applying 22 kPa +/- 5 kPa pressure (corresponding to mass 63 g +/- 7 g), the thickness gauge makes use of the Dial display system to accurately measure the thickness of rubber and plastic products.
Applications
Rubber thickness measurement, plastic product thickness measurement, physical laboratory sample determination
Standards
HG/T 2041-2009、HG/T 2198-2011、HG/T 2382-1992
Steps
1. Place the thickness gauge on a stable bench
2. Place the sample in the measurement area
3. Ensure that the upper probe is in full contact with the sample
4. Read the thickness value displayed by the pointer
5. Record measurement results
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is placed on a smooth surface before use
• Keep the upper probe in full contact with the sample during measurement
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Avoid use in humid or corrosive environments
• Clean the probe after use and store it properly
