PUSHEN PS 2931/2 fillet non-porous is a test grade tinplate designed for industrial coatings performance testing. The product meets the GB2520 standard, the tin plating amount is E4, the Hardness grade is T52, the thickness is 0.28mm, and the surface preparation is carried out according to the requirements of GB9271. It is an ideal substrate for film testing such as adhesion, Hardness, Impact, flexibility, bending, drying time, etc.

Steps
1. According to the test requirements, remove the corresponding number of test-grade tinplate from the Encasement.
2. Ensure that the surface of the iron plate is clean and free of oil, dust, and other contaminants.
3. According to the requirements of relevant coating testing standards (such as GB/T 9271), the film to be tested is prepared on the tinplate.
4. After the film reaches the specified state, perform performance tests such as adhesion, Hardness, Impact, flexibility, bending, and drying time.
