Overview
PUSHEN PS 2931/2 rounded corners with holes is a test grade tinplate designed for industrial coatings performance testing. The product meets the GB2520 standard, the tin plating amount is E4, the Hardness grade is T52, the thickness is 0.28mm. Its surface preparation is strictly carried out according to the requirements of GB9271 to ensure the accuracy and conformity of the test results.

Principle

Steps
1. According to the test requirements, remove the corresponding number of PS 2931/2 test grade tinplate from the Encasement.
2. Check whether the surface of the iron plate is clean and free of damage.
3. In accordance with the requirements of GB/T 9271 or Miscellaneous related coating testing standards, perform necessary pretreatment (e.g. cleaning) on the tinplate.
4. The paint to be tested is prepared on the tinplate according to the standard method.
5. After the film reaches the specified state, perform performance tests such as adhesion, Hardness, Impact, flexibility, bending, and drying time.

When storing, keep drying to avoid surface contamination or scratches, so as not to affect the test results.
