The SHIBO QCJ-50 Film Impact Tester is a special test instrument designed according to the GB1732-79 standard for measuring the impact strength of a film by dropping a heavy object from a height. The instrument has an impact height range of 0 to 50cm and a drop weight mass of 1000g. It is suitable for accurate evaluation of the impact performance of the film.
1. Impact height adjustable range 0~ 50cm, Division 1cm, high accuracy 2. Drop weight mass 1000g, Impact force is stable 3. Impact depth of 2mm and diameter of the punch is 8mm, which meets the standard requirements 4. The aperture of the die base is φ 15mm, the radius of curvature is R2.5~ 3mm, and the design is reasonable 5. Meet the GB/T 1732-79 standard, and the test results are reliable 6. Compact shape, Net weight 11kg, easy to use in laboratory
The weight is fixed at the required height by the controller screw, and the height value is read by the positioning mark. When the controller screw is pressed, the controller spring is compressed, so that the round hole of the controller slider is aligned with the round hole of the upper cover and lower bottom of the controller, and the hook releases the weight. The weight strikes the punch rod, and the punch rod acts downward on the sample paint film placed on the pillow pad block. After completing the Impact test, lift the weight hammer, and take out the sample to observe the condition of the paint film.

1. Check and adjust before use: check whether the center of the punch rod and the center of the concave hole of the pillow pad block are consistent, if there is a deviation, adjust the inner hexagonal screws on the tight mother of the Impact block; check whether the positioning mark is on the zero line, and adjust the screws on both sides of the positioning mark when there is a deviation 2. Preparative sample: in accordance with the provisions of the product standard, the prepative test sample 3. Place the sample: place the sample on the pillow pad block close to the concave hole, the paint film faces up, and the Impact point is not less than 15mm from the edge of the sample 4. Set the height: according to the product standard, fix the height with controller screws 5. Execute Impact: Press the control screw, the weight falls freely Impact punch rod 6. Observation results: lift the heavy hammer, take out the sample with four times magnifying glass or visually observe the condition of the paint film 7. Sexual repeability test: if there is no damage, increase the height by 2~ 10cm and continue the test until the paint film is damaged or reaches a height of 50cm 8. Record results: Impact strength is expressed in centimeters at the maximum height of 1kg without damage
• Each test should be carried out in a new part of the sample, with the impact points at least 15mm apart • If the product standard specifies the impact strength, the weight can be dropped directly from the specified height • Special paint film can be tested by the Reverse Impact method, and the painted surface of the sample is placed down The difference between the two measurements should be within the range of +/- 1cm • The test should be carried out under the conditions of air temperature 25 +/- 1 ° C and relative humidity below 70%
The QCJ-50 paint film impact tester is recommended. It complies with the GB/T 1732-79 standard, with an adjustable impact height of 0-50 cm, a hammer weight of 1000g, and an impact head diameter of 8mm, allowing direct measurement of the maximum height at which the paint film remains undamaged. It is very easy to operate—simply set the height with the control screw and press the hammer to release it freely.
Because paint films often suffer mechanical impacts in practical use, such as bumps or falling heavy objects, the QCJ-50 allows a weight to fall freely from a set height, impacting the test panel vertically via an impact rod to quantitatively measure the film's toughness and adhesion. The impact depth is 2 mm, the concave hole diameter of the base is 15 mm, meeting standard requirements, and the result is expressed as the maximum height (cm).
The QCJ-50 is very convenient. It features a graduated scale with 1 cm per division, allowing precise height adjustment using the controller screw. After lifting, the weight automatically hooks, releasing the impact upon pressing. For each test, a new area should be used. It is recommended to start from a low height and gradually increase by 2–10 cm until the paint film is damaged. Readings are intuitive.
