Overview
The OSP-30 L600φ 10 coating rod is a formed film applicator developed by OSP. It uses cold extrusion technology to process concave-convex wavy Linear dispersion on the surface of stainless steel rods, replacing the traditional bar winding steel wire. The product solves the problems that traditional bar steel wires are easy to loose, difficult to clean and cannot be used for ultra-thin film Spreader, especially for Spreader applications with a wet film thickness of 30 μm.
Features
1. Processed by cold extrusion technology, the surface is free of winding steel wires, eliminating the risk of loosening or breaking the steel wires.
2. Linear dispersion lubrication smooth, easy to clean thoroughly, not easy to block.
3. Breaking through the Spreader limit of the traditional bar, ultra-thin film Spreader can be realized (the minimum wet film thickness can reach 2 μm).
4. Different mountain types (such as standard S type, left and right spiral combination, square eye pattern, etc.) can be selected according to the characteristics of the substrate and coating liquid to optimize the Spreader effect and reduce bubble mixing.
Principle
The coating rod utilizes the principle of metal plastic deformation to cold-extrude a specific concave-convex mountain-shaped Linear dispersion on the surface of the stainless steel rod through a precision mold. These Linear dispersions play the same role in the Spreader process as traditional wound steel wire bars. Measurement and transfer coatings, but due to the integrally formed structure, the physical defects of the steel wire are avoided, resulting in a more stable and precise Spreader.
