Overview
The NIRUN NTV-AI250 rotational viscometer is a viscosity measurement instrument operated by a 7-inch smart Touchscreen, which supports integrated display of dynamic viscosity, kinematic viscosity, and viscosity temperature Linear dispersion. The device has a wide viscosity measurement range (5~ 1M or 50~ 10MPa.s), suitable for viscosity testing of hot-melt adhesives, asphalt, paraffin, high polymers and other samples.

Principle
The rotational viscometer swirls/spins viscosity measurements in the sample using an ARM chip to process data quickly. The device supports stepless speed measurement, automatically adjusts Rotation speed, and has intelligent measurement function to reduce the difficulty of operation. The thermal insulation design of the sample chamber reduces heat loss and ensures stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Measurement parameters via Touchscreen, including temperature (single point or Program settings) and Rotation speed
Select the appropriate rotor (SC4-21, 27, 28, 29) and install it
3. Put the sample into the sample chamber to ensure that the dosage is small
4. Start measurement, the device automatically adjusts Rotation speed and displays viscosity value, viscosity temperature Linear dispersion and other information
5. Select the data storage method (single point, continuous or timing), support U disk storage
6. Use the operation wizard to help complete the measurement process

• Check whether the rotor is installed correctly before use
• The temperature setting should be within the indoor temperature range of + 5 degrees to 250 degrees
