Principle
The Viscometer measures viscosity values through the resistance of the rotor as it swirls/spins in the fluid, the built-in ARM chip processor processes measurement data quickly, and the PT100 temperature sensor monitors sample temperature in real time for accurate viscosity measurement and unit conversion.
Applications
Inks, glues, emulsions, petroleum, solvents, paints, solvent Adhesives, polymer solutions, cosmetics, milk products, products, juices
Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter
2. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
3. Measurement parameters set by Touchscreen
4. Immerse the rotor into the sample to be tested
5. Start the measurement and read the result
6. Save or print data as required
Notice
• Power supply voltage within AC100-240V range before use
• Choose the right rotor size for accurate measurement results
• Avoid using equipment beyond the Measurement range
• Regularly calibrate with standard solution
• Keep equipment clean to avoid strong electromagnetic interference
