Principle
The Viscometer measures viscosity through the resistance of the rotor as it swirls/spins in the liquid, uses an ARM chip processor to process data quickly, has a built-in RTD temperature sensor to monitor temperature in real time, supports stepless speed measurement and full scale linear correction, ensuring Measurement accuracy and Reliability.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Select the required rotor and install it
3. Measurement parameters (such as Rotation speed, unit, etc.) set through Touchscreen
4. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested
5, start measurement, observe the continuous change of viscosity value
6. Save data as needed (single point, continuous or timed)
7, after the measurement is completed, clean the rotor and shut down
Notice
• Power supply voltage in AC100V-240V range
• Check whether the rotor is intact and nondestructive before measurement
• Avoid use when exceeding the Measurement range to prevent alarm prompts
Periodically calibrate temperature and viscosity correction factors to ensure accuracy
• Clean the rotor in time after use to prevent contamination
