Overview
FANGRUI DC-2015 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic device controlled by a high-performance single-chip microcomputer and self-tuning PID adjustment. It is equipped with imported temperature sensors and high-efficiency refrigeration Compressors, with high temperature control accuracy, low Fluctuation, fast cooling and low noise. It adopts a large-screen backlit LCD screen, which is convenient and safe to operate. It provides users with a constant field source with High Accuracy and uniform temperature.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath receives the temperature measurement signal of the imported temperature sensor through a high-performance single-chip microcomputer, and uses a self-tuning PID algorithm to precisely adjust and control the working state of the refrigeration Compressor (or heating system) to achieve rapid cooling and accurate thermostatic of the liquid in the tank. At the same time, the temperature in the tank is uniform through a fully sealed stirring motor, and the circulation and export of the thermostatic liquid are realized through an internal/external circulation pump.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level exceeds the low-level protection line.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (such as over-temperature alarm value) through the large-screen LCD display.
4. Start the refrigeration and stirring functions, and the equipment starts to operate, automatically controlling the temperature.
5. If external circulation is required, connect the liquid inlet and outlet hose to the external equipment and start the external circulation pump.
6. After use, turn off the power of the equipment, empty or properly store the medium in the tank, and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Before use, make sure the equipment is well grounded and placed in a stable, ventilated environment.
• The liquid level of the medium in the tank must always be higher than the low liquid level protection line to prevent the heating pipe from burning.
• Do not use flammable, explosive or corrosive media in the tank.
When the equipment is running, do not touch internal moving parts and high/low temperature surfaces.
• When performing external circulation, please ensure that the connecting pipeline is unobstructed and well sealed to prevent leakage.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the liquid in the tank and keep the equipment clean and drying.
• When there is an over-temperature alarm or Miscellaneous abnormality, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
