FANGRUI DC-0520 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with high-performance single-chip microcomputer control, self-tuning PID adjustment and imported temperature sensor. Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses a high-performance monolithic microcomputer as the control core, combined with a self-tuning PID algorithm to precisely adjust the temperature. The system monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through an imported temperature sensor and feeds back the signal to the controller. The controller adjusts the working state of the refrigeration Compressor (for cooling) or the heating system (for heating) according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value, so as to maintain the liquid temperature in the tank at the set constant value. At the same time, the liquid circulation is promoted through the full sealing stirring motor to ensure Temperature uniformity.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature value and Miscellaneous parameters (such as over-temperature alarm value) through the large-screen LCD display.
4, start the cooling or heating function, the equipment starts to work, automatic temperature control.
5. If external circulation is required, connect the hose to the Miscellaneous equipment and start the external circulation pump.
6. During the experiment, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen.
7. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• The liquid level of the injected heat conducting medium should be within a safe range to avoid too low heating tube air burning.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the ventilating port to ensure good heat dissipation.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment to keep the liner and parts clean.
• If not used for a long time, drain the liquid in the tank and keep it drying.
• When there is a failure or alarm, please read the manual or contact a professional first, and do not disassemble it yourself.
