Overview
FANGRUI DC-2020 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device using high-performance single-chip microcomputer control, self-tuning PID adjustment and imported temperature sensor. It has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, low Fluctuation, high cooling efficiency, fast cooling and low noise. It adopts a large-screen backlit LCD screen, which is convenient and safe to operate. It provides users with a constant field source with High Accuracy and uniform temperature.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses a high-performance single-chip microcomputer Control system, combined with a self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm and an imported temperature sensor for accurate temperature measurement and temperature control. The system drives refrigeration Compressors (some models are all imported brands) for efficient cooling, and at the same time circulates the liquid in the tank through a fully sealed stirring motor to ensure uniform and stable temperature. The device has internal/external circulation function, which can be directly thermostatic in the tank or direct thermostatic liquid to Miscellaneous equipment through an external circulation pump.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly and connected to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (such as over-temperature alarm value) through the large-screen backlit LCD display.
4. Start the refrigeration and circulation system, and the equipment starts to operate, automatically controlling the temperature.
5. For external circulation, connect the hose to Miscellaneous equipment and start the external circulation pump.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please read the manual carefully before use to ensure correct operation.
• Ensure that the liquid level of the medium in the Tank is sufficient to avoid the air burning of the heating pipe, and the equipment has the function of low liquid level protection.
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop.
• Regularly check and clean equipment to keep liner and stainless steel parts clean.
• When performing external circulation operations, ensure that the connecting hose is firm and leak-free.
• If the equipment alarms (such as over-temperature or broken coupling), please check and troubleshoot immediately.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
