Overview
FANGRUI DC-0530 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with high-performance single-chip microcomputer control and self-tuning PID adjustment technology. It is equipped with imported temperature sensors and high-efficiency refrigeration Compressors, with high temperature control accuracy, low Fluctuation, fast cooling and low noise. It also uses a large-screen backlit LCD screen for easy and safe operation, providing users with High Accuracy and Uniform Temperature Constant Field Source.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath receives the temperature measurement signal of the imported temperature sensor through a high-performance monolithic microcomputer, uses a self-tuning PID algorithm to precisely adjust, and controls the operation of the heating or cooling system to achieve and maintain the set target temperature. Its internal/external circulation system ensures uniform and stable liquid temperature in the tank or in external connected devices.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated environment.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (liquid) to the Tank.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required temperature target value and Miscellaneous parameters (such as over-temperature alarm value) through the control panel.
5, start the equipment, the equipment will automatically run the PID control, start heating or cooling to reach the set temperature.
6. If external circulation experiments are required, connect the hose of the external equipment and turn on the external circulation pump.
7. During the experiment, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen.
8. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• When adding liquid to the tank, do not exceed the maximum liquid level line and ensure that the liquid level protection function is normal and effective.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the liquid or heating/cooling parts in the tank to prevent burns or frostbite.
• Do not use flammable, explosive or corrosive media in the tank.
• When performing external circulation, please ensure that the connection pipeline is smooth and leak-free, and the external equipment is compatible with the circulating medium.
• Regularly clean the liner and exterior of the equipment to keep the ventilator open.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the liquid in the tank and keep the equipment drying.
• When there is a failure or alarm, please cut off the power supply first, and then check according to the instructions or contact a professional for maintenance.
