Principle
The product is controlled by a high-performance single-chip microcomputer system, using a self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm, combined with imported temperature sensors to monitor the temperature in real time, to achieve accurate control of the temperature in the Tank. Through the Compressor refrigeration system and heating system work together to quickly reach and stabilize at the set temperature. Built-in circulation pump (internal/external circulation) ensures uniform and stable temperature in the tank or in external connected devices.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (such as over-temperature alarm value) through the large-screen LCD display.
4. Start the equipment, the instrument starts to work, and the Compressor, circulating pump, etc. run according to the program.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experiment can be carried out directly in the tank, or the hose can be connected through the external circulation interface to provide a thermostatic field source for external equipment.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Before use, make sure the equipment is well grounded and placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Please be sure to add enough heat conduction medium and ensure that the liquid level is higher than the minimum protective line to prevent the heating tube from burning.
• When setting the temperature, do not exceed the rated Temperature range of the device (-40 ℃~ 100 ℃).
• When using the external circulation function, please ensure that the connecting pipeline is unobstructed and leak-free, and pay attention to the temperature resistance range of the hose.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• Regularly clean the liner and exterior of the equipment, keep it clean and drying to prolong the service life.
