Overview
FANGRUI HDC-1006 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device using high-performance single-chip microcomputer control and self-tuning PID adjustment technology. It has the characteristics of High Accuracy Temperature Control, Fast Cooling and Stability and Reliability. The liner and liquid contact parts are made of high-mass stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. It is suitable for providing High Accuracy and Uniform Temperature Constant Field Source.

Principle
The device monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through imported temperature sensors and feeds the data back to the high-performance monolithic microcomputer Control system. The system uses a self-tuning PID algorithm for precise adjustment to control the operation of the refrigeration Compressor (or Compressor unit) and heating system to achieve fast and accurate achievement and maintenance of the set temperature. At the same time, the liquid circulation in the tank is promoted by a fully sealed stirring motor to ensure Temperature uniformity.

Steps
1. Make sure the equipment is placed in a smooth and ventilated place and connected to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the digital display panel.
4. Start the refrigeration and stirring functions, and the equipment starts to work.
5. If external circulation is required, connect the hose of the external equipment and start the external circulation pump.
6. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and is stable, it can be tested or used.
7. After use, turn off the power of the device and drain or properly dispose of the medium in the tank.
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use and ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• The liquid level of the medium in the tank should be kept within the specified range to prevent the low liquid level protection from triggering or the heating pipe from burning.
When the equipment is running, do not touch internal moving parts and high/low temperature surfaces to prevent burns or frostbite.
• Regularly clean the liner and exterior of the equipment to keep the ventilator open.
Before moving or repairing equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• If not used for a long time, empty the tank and keep drying.
• In case of fault alarm (such as over-temperature, broken coupling), the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
