Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath receives real-time temperature measurement signals from imported temperature sensors through a high-performance single-chip microcomputer, and uses a self-tuning PID algorithm for precise adjustment. The system controls the refrigeration Compressor (or Compressor unit) and heating elements to work, and at the same time promotes the liquid circulation in the tank through a fully sealed stirring motor to ensure uniform and stable temperature. Its AI artificial intelligence PID adjustment method can quickly respond to temperature changes and achieve High Accuracy thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, time, and other parameters through the large-screen LCD screen.
4, start the refrigeration or heating and circulation pump, the equipment starts to work.
5. If external circulation is required, connect the hose to the Miscellaneous equipment and turn on the external circulation function.
6. During the experiment, the real-time temperature and status can be monitored through the display screen.
7. After use, turn off the power, empty or properly dispose of the medium in the tank, and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements before use.
• The liquid level of the medium in the tank should be kept within the specified range to prevent the low liquid level protection from triggering or the heating pipe from burning.
• Do not block the ventilating port when the equipment is running to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Be sure to disconnect power before moving or cleaning equipment.
• Regularly inspect and clean equipment, especially Sensors and circulation lines.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the medium and keep the equipment drying.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the connecting pipeline is unobstructed and well sealed.
• In case of over-temperature alarm or Miscellaneous failure, please find out the cause and eliminate it before using it.
