Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath is controlled by a high-performance single-chip microcomputer system, using a self-tuning PID algorithm to adjust the heating and refrigeration power, and combining imported temperature sensors to monitor the liquid temperature in the tank in real time to achieve High Accuracy Temperature Control. Quickly cool down through the Compressor refrigeration system, and promote the liquid circulation in the tank by a fully sealed stirring motor to ensure uniform and stable temperature.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly and connected to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and program parameters (if necessary) through the large-screen backlit LCD display.
4. Start the refrigeration and stirring functions, and the equipment starts to work.
5. If external circulation is required, connect the external equipment hose and start the external circulation pump.
6. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and is stable, the experiment or thermostatic operation can be carried out.
7. After use, turn off the cooling, heating, stirring and power switch in sequence.

• Ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is always in a safe range to prevent the heating pipe from burning.
When the equipment is running, do not touch internal moving parts and high/low temperature surfaces.
• Regularly clean equipment to keep liner and stainless steel parts clean.
Before moving or repairing equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• In case of over-temperature alarm or Miscellaneous abnormality, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
• When using external circulation, ensure that the connection pipeline is unobstructed and well sealed.
