Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath achieves accurate measurement and control of the liquid temperature in the tank through a high-performance single-chip microcomputer Control system combined with a self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm and an imported temperature sensor. The system automatically adjusts the working state of the refrigeration Compressor (for cooling) and the heating system (for heating) according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature, and promotes the liquid circulation in the tank through a fully sealed stirring motor to ensure uniform and stable temperature, forming a High Accuracy, controlled constant temperature field source.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and the device performs a self-test.
4. Set the required temperature value, program section (if necessary) and Miscellaneous parameters (such as over-temperature alarm value) through the control panel.
5, start operation, the equipment starts cooling or heating, and the mixing system works at the same time.
6. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experiment can be carried out (directly in the tank or connected to the Miscellaneous equipment through the external circulation interface).
7. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, drying, well ventilated and non-corrosive gas environment.
• Before use, please ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is sufficient to avoid damage to the heating pipe due to air burning.
• Do not use flammable, explosive or corrosive media in the tank.
When the equipment is running, do not touch internal moving parts and high/low temperature surfaces to prevent burns or frostbite.
• When performing external circulation operations, ensure that the connection pipeline is unobstructed and leak-free, and pay attention to the matching of the pump's Flow rate.
• Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the internal parts of the tank to keep it clean.
• If not used for a long time, drain the liquid in the tank and disconnect the power supply.
• When there is a failure or alarm, please read the manual or contact a professional first, and do not disassemble and repair by yourself.
