Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath receives real-time temperature signals from imported temperature sensors through a high-performance single-chip microcomputer Control system and compares them with the set temperature. The system uses a self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm (PHDC series adopts professional AI artificial intelligence PID adjustment method) to precisely control the working state of the refrigeration Compressor (for cooling) and the heating system (for heating). At the same time, the fully sealed stirring motor is driven to circulate the liquid in the tank, so as to quickly reach the set temperature and maintain a high degree of stability, forming a constant field source with uniform temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and check the device itself.
4. Set the required temperature, time, and other parameters through the control panel (the PHDC series can be programmed in multiple stages).
5, start operation, the equipment starts cooling or heating, and the mixing system works at the same time.
6. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experiment can be carried out (directly in the tank or connected to the Miscellaneous equipment through the external circulation interface).
7. After use, turn off the power of the device and disconnect the power connection.
Notice

Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• Regularly check and clean equipment to keep ventilators open.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the liquid in the tank and keep the equipment drying.
