Overview
The CNSHP BZY-3 manual surface tensiometer is an economical and practical product, and its main technical indicators meet the fully automatic basic standard. The instrument test platform adopts manual lifting (including fast and fine-tuning two gears), but the test process is still automatic testing, calculation and display.
Features
1. Sensor responsive, high accuracy, using liquid crystal display.
2. Automatically read the surface tension equilibrating value.
3. Manual lifting is equipped with fast and fine-tuning gears, making the operation simple and reliable.
4. One-click zero, accurate.
5. One key correction, with random standard weight, accurate and fast.
6. The instrument itself has small errors, which can more effectively control various errors in the measurement process.
7. Using platinum plate method or platinum ring method, can be connected to the computer, optional real-time Linear dispersion software.
8. Linear dispersion of tension rising or falling over time due to the presence of surfactants can be clearly displayed.
9. Linear dispersion and time of two different density liquid interfaces (e.g. oil/water) from low to maximum tension values can be displayed.
10. Optional sample thermostatic cup, Thermostatic bath can control the temperature of the measured liquid.
11. Easy to operate.
Principle
The instrument uses the platinum plate method or platinum ring method for measurement. The test part (platinum plate or platinum ring) is immersed in or contacted with the measured liquid by the manual lifting platform. Sensor perception value changes, and the instrument automatically calculates and displays the surface tension or liquid-liquid interfacial tension value of the liquid.
Applications
Mainly used to test the surface tension of liquids and liquid-liquid interfacial tension. Widely used in various industries using surfactants, involving emulsification, solubilization, decontamination, defoaming and other functional fields.
Standards
JB/T9388-2002, GB/T6541-86, ISO1409-1995, GB/T22237-2008, GB11278-89, GB/T18396-2001, SH/T1156-99 and other liquid tension test standards
Steps
1. Instrument preparation and calibration: Connect the power supply and use random standard weight for one-click correction.
2. Sample preparation: Place the liquid to be tested in the sample cup, and connect the Thermostatic bath and optional thermostatic cup if temperature control is required.
3. Install the test parts: Select and install the platinum plate or platinum ring according to the Measuring method.
4. Perform measurement: Immerse or contact the test part with the liquid through the manual lifting platform (quick or fine-tuning gear), and the instrument automatically tests and displays the results.
5. Data processing: If necessary, you can connect to the computer through the RS232C interface, and use the supporting software to view and save real-time Linear dispersion and data.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V +/- 10V.
* Please use random standard weights when correcting to ensure accuracy.
* When operating the manual lifting platform, pay attention to distinguish between fast gear and micro gear adjustment to avoid violent action affecting the measurement.
* Keep the test parts (platinum plate/ring) clean so as not to affect Measurement accuracy.
When connecting the computer to use the software, please ensure that the driver is properly installed and the data cable connection is stable.
* When selecting Thermostatic bath for temperature control, please follow the Thermostatic bath operating procedures.
