Overview
CNSHP BZY-3H manual surface tensiometer is an economical and practical product, and its main technical indicators meet the fully automatic basic standard. The instrument test platform adopts manual lifting (including fast and fine-tuning second gear), but the test process is still automatic testing, calculation and display, ensuring the accuracy and convenience of measurement.
Features
1. Sensor responsive, high accuracy, using liquid crystal display.
2. Automatically read the surface tension equilibrating value.
3. Manual lifting is equipped with a fast and fine-tuning second gear, making the operation simple and reliable.
4. One-click zero, accurate.
5. One-click correction, with random standard weight, accurate and rapid correction.
6. The instrument itself has small errors, which can more effectively control various errors in the measurement process.
7. Using platinum plate method or platinum ring method, can be connected to the computer, optional real-time Linear dispersion software, can clearly display the tension caused by the presence of surfactants with time Linear dispersion, or display two different density liquids (such as oil/water) interfacial tension from low to MAX Maximum change Linear dispersion and time.
8. Optional sample thermostatic cup, through the external Thermostatic bath to control the temperature of the measured liquid.
9. Easy to operate.
Principle
The instrument makes the measurement part (platinum ring or platinum plate) contact the surface or interface of the measured liquid by manually lifting the test platform. Sensor senses the change of force, the instrument automatically tests and calculates, and displays the surface tension or interfacial tension value on the LCD screen. After connecting the computer and matching the software, the tension change Linear dispersion can be observed in real time.
Applications
Mainly used to test the surface tension of liquids and liquid-liquid interfacial tension. Widely used in various industries using surfactants, involving emulsification, solubilization, decontamination, defoaming and other functional fields.
Standards
JB/T9388-2002, GB/T6541-86, ISO1409-1995, GB/T22237-2008, GB11278-89, GB/T18396-2001, SH/T1156-99 and other liquid tension test standards
Steps
1. Instrument preparation and calibration: Connect the power supply and use the standard weight included with the random one-click correction.
2. Sample preparation: Place the liquid to be tested in the sample cup, and connect the Thermostatic bath and optional thermostatic cup if temperature control is required.
3 measurement settings: select platinum ring method or platinum plate method, the corresponding measurement components installed.
4. Platform lift: adjust the test platform by manual lift (quick or fine adjustment gear) to make the measurement components contact the liquid level.
5. Start measurement: The instrument automatically tests, calculates and displays the tension value.
6. Data recording and processing: Read the display value, if you need Linear dispersion, you can connect the computer to run supporting software for real-time observation and data preservation.
Notice
* Make sure the instrument is properly grounded before use. Power supply voltage is AC220V +/- 10V.
* The standard weight attached to the calibration should be used to ensure accurate operation.
* When manually lifting the platform, please pay attention to distinguish between quick gear and fine gear, and operate gently to avoid Impact.
* Measurement accuracy should be kept clean to avoid contamination.
* Optional Thermostatic bath for temperature control, make sure the connection is correct and pay attention to the Temperature range of the thermostatic medium.
When connecting your computer to use software, ensure that the RS232C Interface connection is secure.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration.
* Do not use this instrument in a flammable and explosive environment.
