Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath adopts a self-tuning PID algorithm to adjust the temperature through a microcomputer Control system. The system uses High Accuracy Platinum Resistance (Pt100) as a temperature sensor to measure the temperature in real time, and feeds the data back to the controller. The controller precisely controls the work of the heater and the fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature, and makes the liquid (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) in the tank form a uniform and smooth domestic circulation or external circulation through a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump, so as to achieve fast and smooth heat exchange and maintain the height of constant and uniform temperature in the tank.
