Overview
The FCL35 Handheld residual chlorine meter is a Portable inspection device of the SDPTOP brand, mainly used for the measurement of residual chlorine content in water. The instrument is equipped with a large LCD energy storage backlit display, supports Data storage and automatic shutdown functions, and has a good Protection Rating.
Features
1. Equipped with 22 * 32mm multi-line large-screen LCD with energy storage backlight, it is convenient to read data in an environment with insufficient rays of light.
2. With reading lock function, easy to record measurement results.
3. Support automatic shutdown function, automatic shutdown after 6 minutes of no operation, and data saving capability.
4. With low battery prompt function.
5. Provide a multi-functional carrying bag for easy equipment carrying and protection.
6. Protection Rating reaches IP67, with good dustproof and waterproof performance.
Principle
Electrochemical sensor detects the residual chlorine concentration in the water sample and converts the signal into a readable numerical value displayed on the screen. Calibration method is two point calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
Applications
Water treatment, swimming pool water quality monitoring, drinking water testing, industrial circulating water management
Steps
1. Install the battery and turn it on.
2. Connect the instrument to the A530 constant speed flow slot.
3. Use a standard solution for two-point calibrating (0ppm and arbitrary points).
4. Introduce the water sample to be tested into the circulation tank.
5. Read and record the residual chlorine concentration value displayed on the screen.
6. The current reading can be fixed using the reading lock function.
7. After use, the instrument will automatically shut down after 6 minutes without operation.
Notice
• Make sure two points calibrated before measurement.
• When used, it needs to be matched with the designated A530 fixed-speed circulation slot.
• Pay attention to the power of the instrument and replace the battery in time when the power is low.
• The instrument has IP67 Protection Rating, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or extreme environment use.
• Data will be saved after automatic shutdown, but it is recommended to record important data in time.
