Overview
The SDPTOP PH35 is a Handheld pH Meter with High Impedance Planar Electrode for a variety of scenarios including skin ph value measurement. Featuring a large-screen LED display, Data storage and automatic shutdown, it is designed to be portable with an IP67 Protection Rating.
Features
1. Equipped with 22 * 32mm large screen LED display, with energy storage backlight, convenient for reading in an environment with insufficient rays of light.
2. With reading lock function, easy to record stable Measured value.
3. Support automatic shutdown function (after 6 minutes of no operation), and have the ability to save data.
4. Equipped with a low battery display function to remind users to replace the battery in a timely manner.
5. Can be used for skin ph value measurement, Electrode adopts high Impedance plane Electrode that can be replaced by itself.
6. Provide a multi-functional carrying bag for easy portability and protection of equipment.
7. With Electrode efficacy self-diagnosis display function, it is convenient for users to understand Electrode status.
8. Support continuous 5 point standard solution calibrating (compatible with USA and NIST standard systems).
9. Protection Rating reaches IP67, with good dustproof and waterproof ability.
Principle
The PH35 Handheld pH Meter senses the activity of hydrogen ions in the solution under test through its High Impedance Plane Electrode and converts it to the corresponding potential difference. The internal circuitry of the instrument processes this potential difference and combines automatic or manual temperature compensation (to correct the effect of temperature on pH measurement) to finally display the measurement result in the form of ph value on the display screen.
Applications
Skin ph value measurement, laboratory testing, water quality analysis, education and research, industrial production process monitoring
Standards
USA standards, NIST standards
Steps
1. Turn it on and check the battery level.
2. As needed, calibrate with standard buffer solution (up to 5 points calibrated).
3. Wash and dry High Impedance Electrode with deionized water.
4. Electrode immersed in the solution to be tested to ensure full contact of the measurement site.
5. Wait for the reading to stabilize, and use the reading lock function to fix the current value.
6. Record the measurement results (the instrument can automatically store the last 10 sets of data).
7. After the measurement is completed, clean and properly store the Electrode.
8. The instrument will automatically shut down after 6 minutes without operation.
Notice
* Do not use in strong acid, strong alkali or highly corrosive solutions for a long time to avoid damage to the Electrode.
* Frequency and accuracy must be calibrated before measurement.
* Electrode should be washed with deionized water in time after use and stored as required.
* Note that the Instrument Protection Rating is IP67, but it does not mean that it can be immersed for a long time or used for high voltage water flushing.
* When the screen shows a low battery prompt, please replace the 1.5V AA battery in time.
When replacing the Electrode by yourself, make sure to operate it correctly to avoid damaging the instrument interface.
The data stored by the instrument are the last 10 groups, and it is recommended to record important data separately.
* Do not place the instrument in an environment of high temperature, high humidity or strong electromagnetic interference.
