2. Support USB interface power supply and communication, standard data collection software and CD-ROM.
3. With reading stability setting, password protection, product and user serial number customization functions.
4. The functions of reading lock, time and date format, timing, temperature offset calibrating can be flexibly set.
5. Built-in rechargeable lithium battery base (standard without battery), supports power-off battery life.
6. Large data storage capacity, can store 1000 sets of measurement data.
7. With high luminance backlight function, easy to operate.
8. Protection Rating IP67, dustproof and waterproof.
9. Support calibration of standard solutions with pH value up to 5 points and Ion concentration up to 7 points, and display the calibration result (offset/slope).
Principle
The ion meter measures the ionic activity in the solution through Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) and converts it into an electrical signal (mV value). The internal processor of the instrument calculates and displays the mV signal as the corresponding Ion concentration value according to the Nernst equation and calibrated Linear dispersion. At the same time, the instrument integrates pH Electrode and temperature sensor, which can realize pH measurement and automatic temperature compensation to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
Applications
Water quality analysis, environment monitoring, food testing, chemical production, scientific research and education, pharmaceutical industry
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Turn on and check Electrode status.
2. Select the corresponding calibrating mode according to the Measurement parameter (pH or Ion concentration), and use the standard solution for multi-point calibrating (pH up to 5 points, Ion concentration up to 7 points).
3. After the calibrating is completed, the instrument will display the calibrating results (such as offset and slope).
4. Immerse the Electrode in the sample solution to be tested.
5. Wait for the reading to stabilize (stable conditions can be set as needed), the instrument will display Measured value, time, date, serial number and other information at the same time.
6. The read lock function can be used on demand or data can be saved to internal memory.
7. Connect the computer through the USB interface, and use the supporting software for data collection and management.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before use and operate the instrument and Electrode correctly.
● Regularly calibrate the instrument with a standard solution to ensure Measurement accuracy.
● Electrode should be cleaned and stored as required after use.
● The built-in battery base of the instrument is optional, and the standard does not contain batteries. If you need uninterrupted use, please bring your own suitable batteries.
The instrument has an automatic shutdown function (after 10 minutes of no operation by default), which can be adjusted or turned off as needed.
● Although the Protection Rating is IP67, it should still be avoided to immerse the instrument in liquids for a long time or in extreme environments.
● When calibrating the temperature offset, make sure the input value is accurate.
Please keep the password you set properly to prevent the settings from being accidentally changed.
