Overview
The CON6300 is a Benchtop Conductivity Meter from the SDPTOP brand, equipped with an oversized 5-inch LCD anti-abrasion display, supports USB power supply and data communication. The instrument has Multi-Parameter measurement functions for conductivity, TDS, salinity, resistivity and temperature, built-in Data storage and software acquisition system, suitable for solution Conductivity detector characterization in laboratory and other environments.
Features
1. Equipped with 5-inch large LCD multi-line anti-abrasion Display screen.
2. Adopt a convenient USB power connector, which can be connected to a computer and other USB interfaces.
3. With reading lock function, optional on/off.
4. Support temperature offset adjustment function.
5. With a key setting high luminance backlight function.
6. With Beep button sound effect.
7. Electrode efficacy self-diagnosis display function.
8. Built-in base that can accommodate rechargeable 3.7V lithium-ion batteries (standard without batteries) to ensure uninterrupted power operation.
9. Equipped with software data collection system, USB Communication interface and data collection software and software CD-ROM.
Principle
The Conductivity Meter measures the conductivity of the solution by connecting the Conductivity detector Electrode with a specific Electrode constant. The instrument calculates the conductivity, TDS, salinity and resistivity of the solution based on the electrical signal measured by Electrode, combined with manual or automatic temperature compensation, set temperature coefficient and conversion factor, and displays the results on the screen.
Applications
Laboratory water quality analysis, industrial process control, environment monitoring, education and research

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (via USB port or install optional battery) and turn it on.
2. Select the appropriate Conductivity detector Electrode according to the measurement solution and connect it to the host.
3. Set the Electrode constant corresponding to the instrument according to the Electrode specification.
4. Set the temperature compensation mode (manual or automatic) and related parameters (such as temperature coefficient, TDS conversion factor).
5. Immerse Electrode in the solution to be tested and wait for the reading to stabilize.
6. Optional reading lock function to fix the current Measured value.
7. After the measurement is completed, you can connect to the computer through the USB interface, and use the supporting software for data collection and management.
Notice
• Please select the appropriate Electrode constant (0.01/0 1/1/10) according to the Measurement range.
• The instrument does not contain a rechargeable lithium-ion battery as standard, and users need to choose another one to ensure battery life after power failure.
• Before making accurate measurements, make sure that relevant parameter settings such as temperature compensation have been completed.
• Clean and maintain Electrode properly after use.
• The instrument will automatically shut down after 10 minutes of no operation by default, and this setting can be adjusted.
