Overview
The CON35 is a Benchtop Conductivity Meter from the SDPTOP brand. It is equipped with a large-screen LED display and energy storage backlight, and supports conductivity, TDS and temperature measurement. The instrument has functions such as Data storage, automatic shutdown, and adopts IP67 Protection Rating PPS Graphite electrode, which is suitable for a variety of water quality testing scenarios.
Features
1. Using 22 * 32mm multi-line large-screen LED display, equipped with energy storage backlight, easy to read data in an environment with insufficient rays of light.
2. With reading lock function, the current Measured value can be fixed.
3. Support automatic shutdown function, automatic shutdown after 6 minutes of no operation, and data saving capability.
4. Provide a low battery display prompt.
5. Comes with a multi-functional carrying bag for easy portability and storage.
6. Using PPS Graphite Conductivity detector Electrode, Protection Rating up to IP67.
7. Support manual/automatic temperature compensation, adjustable temperature coefficient and TDS conversion factor.
8. Data storage function, can save 10 sets of measurement data.
Principle
The Conductivity Meter measures the conductivity of a solution through a PPS Graphite electrode based on the relationship between the conductive capacity of the intersolution and the Ion concentration. The instrument has a built-in temperature sensor that allows manual or automatic temperature compensation to correct for the effect of temperature on conductivity measurement and converts conductivity values into TDS or salinity readings.
Applications
Water quality testing, laboratory analysis, environment monitoring, industrial production process control, education and research
Standards
Protection Rating IP67
Steps
1. Install the battery and power on the instrument.
2. Electrode the Conductivity detector into the solution to be tested.
3. Select manual or automatic temperature compensation mode as needed, and set relevant parameters (such as temperature coefficient, TDS conversion factor).
4. Perform single point calibrating (the instrument supports automatic range 1 point calibration).
5. Read and record stable conductivity, TDS or temperature values, which can be fixed using the reading lock function.
6. After the measurement is completed, the instrument will automatically shut down after 6 minutes of no operation.
Notice
• Make sure Electrode is clean and properly immersed in solution for measurement.
• Counter electrodes are calibrated regularly to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Pay attention to the low battery prompt of the instrument and replace the battery in time.
• The instrument has an automatic shutdown function. If you need to use it for a long time, please pay attention to the operation interval.
• Do not use the instrument in an environment beyond its specified Temperature range (0~ 60.0 ° C).
• Although the Electrode Protection Rating is IP67, it is still necessary to avoid violent collisions or contact with chemicals that are too corrosive.
