Overview
AE3202J Electronic Hydrostatic Balance is a SDPTOP instrument for solid sample density and volume measurement. It is composed of Electronic Balance and hydrostatic device. It adopts a simple, portable design and is equipped with a user-friendly universal wheel for easy weighing operation.
Features
1. For solid sample density and volume measurement
2. Simple and portable hydrostatic device
3. Composed of Electronic Balance and Hydrostatic Device
4. Humanized universal wheel design is convenient for weighing operation
Principle
The product works based on the principle of hydrostatic weighing. Electronic Balance measurement of the mass of the solid sample in the air, then immersing it in the water of the hydrostatic device, measurement of its apparent mass in the liquid, using the Archimedes principle to calculate the density and volume of the sample.
Applications
Solid sample density measurement, solid sample volume measurement
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table to ensure that the universal wheel is locked.
2. Turn on the power supply, Balance preheating and calibrating.
3. Place the solid sample to be tested on the pan and record its mass in the air.
4. Immerse the sample in the water of the hydrostatic device to ensure complete immersion without touching the container wall.
5. Record the apparent mass of the sample in water.
6. According to the two weighing results, the density and volume of the sample are calculated through the built-in calculation or formula.
Notice
• Please make sure that the instrument is placed smoothly and the universal wheel is locked before use.
• The operating environment should avoid strong airflow and vibration to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• When immersing the sample, make sure that there are no bubbles attached to the surface of the sample and do not touch the container.
• Regularly check and clean the hydrostatic device to keep the water quality clean.
• Do not exceed Capacity (3200g).
• Follow the correct boot preheating and calibrating process.
