MC-3000S Coating thickness gauge is a precision measuring instrument produced by KODIN, which can quickly and non-destructive measurement of coating and platings thickness. The instrument can be used in both laboratories and engineering sites. By using different probes, it can meet the needs of various measurements and is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields.

Using magnetic and eddy current thickness measurement methods, nondestructive measurement of nonmagnetic coating thickness on magnetic metal substrate and nonconductive coating thickness on nonmagnetic metal substrate. 6 types of probes (F0.5, F1.2, F3, F5, F10, N1.2) can be used. 3. With temperature compensation function, equipped with Kedian's new "phase-locked loop" technology. 4. With screen flip function, you can manually select flip to display measurement data. 5. The MC-3000S Coating thickness gauge uses two thickness measurement principles: magnetic Induction and eddy current. For the nonmagnetic coating on the magnetic metal substrate, the magnetic method is used for measurement; for the nonconductive coating on the nonmagnetic metal substrate, the eddy current method is used for measurement. The instrument measures the thickness of the coating nondestructive by electromagnetic induction or eddy current effect between the Probe and the coating and the substrate.

1. Select the appropriate probe according to the measurement substrate and coating type and install it. 2. Power on, select Measurement mode (such as lite mode, monitoring mode, statistical mode, MIN Minimum capture) as needed. 3. Use one of the three calibration methods to calibrate the instrument and correct the probe system error if necessary. 4. Smooth and vertical contact of the probe with the coating surface to be tested for measurement. 5. Single or Continuous Measurement mode can be selected. 6. The measurement data can be stored, deleted, or printed and transmitted by connecting a printer or computer via Bluetooth. 7. After use, you can choose to shut down manually or wait for automatic shutdown.
