Principle

The template is fixed on the platform, and the Applicator is placed in a parallel position near the short side of the template. Approximately five milliliters of the sample are coated in front of the Applicator. The operator presses the two ends with his finger and passes at a uniform speed of 150 millimeters per second, thereby forming a wet-film of the desired thickness.

Steps

1. Place the template on the platform and fix it. 2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template; 3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator; 4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger and swipe at a constant speed of 150 mm per second; 5. Wash and dry with solvent after use, apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline and store.
