SZQ-50 Film Applicator is a professional Spreader tool of SHIBO brand. It is suitable for wet-film with the specified thickness of Spreader to determine the hiding power, color folding or preparatory sample of the sample. The device is made of stainless steel wear-resistant material, with an application width of not less than 100mm, and provides a variety of film thickness specifications.

Principle
The Film Applicator forms a wet-film coating of a specified thickness by crossing the surface of the sample coated at a uniform speed. The Applicator is in parallel contact with the sample and moves at a specific speed to ensure that the thickness of the Spreader is uniform.
Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it to ensure that the Applicator does not move when swiping
2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger
5. Swipe at a constant speed of 150 millimeters per second
6. Spreader into desired wet-film

• Wash and dry with solvent after use
• Anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline should be applied after cleaning
• Keep equipment properly
• Ensure that the template does not move during the Spreader process
• Maintain a uniform speed of 150mm per second
