Overview
The SZQ-150 Film Applicator is produced by SHIBO and is suitable for wet-film with the specified thickness of Spreader to determine the hiding power, color folding or preparatory sample of the sample. The device is made of stainless steel wear-resistant material and the application width is not less than 100mm.

Principle
Fix the template on the platform, place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template or specified, apply about five milliliters of the sample in front of the Applicator, press both ends of it with your finger, and run it at a uniform speed of 150 millimeters per second. Spreader into the desired wet-film.
Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it to ensure that the Applicator cannot be moved when it is scratched
2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends with your finger, swipe at a constant speed of 150 mm per second, and Spreader into the desired wet-film.
5. Wash and dry with solvent after use, apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline and store
