Overview
SZQ-250 Film Applicator is a professional Spreader device of SHIBO brand. It is suitable for wet-film with specified thickness of Spreader to determine the hiding power, color folding or preparatory sample of the sample. The device is made of stainless steel wear-resistant material, and the application width is not less than 100mm.

Principle
By placing the Applicator on the surface of the template, after the Spreader specimen in front of the Applicator, it is passed at a uniform speed of 150 mm per second to form a uniform wet-film of a predetermined thickness on the surface of the template.
Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it to ensure that the template cannot be moved when the Applicator draws it out
2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger
5. Swipe at a constant speed of 150mm per second to complete the wet-film Spreader

• After cleaning, anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline should be applied for maintenance
