Overview
The SZQ-500 Film Applicator is a professional Spreader device of the SHIBO brand. It is suitable for wet-film of the specified thickness of the Spreader for applications such as measuring the hiding power, color folding or preparatory sample of the sample.

Principle
The Applicator preset different depths of the gap on the stainless steel material, when the Applicator at a constant speed across the sample coated with a uniform wet-film coating can be formed on the surface of the sample of a predetermined thickness.
Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it to ensure that the template does not move when the Applicator scratches it
2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger
5. Swipe at a constant speed of 150 millimeters per second
6. Complete wet-film Spreader
Notice
• Wash and dry with solvent after use
• Apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline for maintenance
• Keep equipment properly
• Make sure that the sample is fixed and does not move during operation
• Maintain uniform speed for uniform coating
