Overview
The SZQ-600 Film Applicator is made by SHIBO and is suitable for wet-film with the thickness specified by Spreader for measuring the hiding power, color folding or preparatory sample of the sample. The device is made of stainless steel wear-resistant material, with an application width of not less than 100mm, and provides a variety of film thickness options from 25μm to 2000μm.

Principle
The template is fixed on the platform, and the Applicator is placed in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template, about five milliliters of the sample in front of the Applicator, pressing both ends with a finger, and crossing at a uniform speed of 150 mm per second to form a wet-film of the desired thickness.
Steps
1. Place the template on the platform and fix it
2. Place the Applicator in a position close to and parallel to the short side of the template
3. Approximately five milliliters of specimen in front of the Applicator
4. Press and hold both ends of the Applicator with your finger
5. Swipe at a constant speed of 150 millimeters per second
6. Wash and dry with solvent after use
7. Apply anti-rust oil or neutral Vaseline and store it
